Norway is on top in a recent student satisfaction award: The students emphasize the high level of education, open and knowledgeable lecturers, a great student community and beautiful nature as important features of their studies in Norway.
Norway is on top in this student satisfaction award, based on reviews from close to 16 000 international students written during the academic year of 2015-16. The award is published by StudyPortals, an commecrial and international platform for information on degrees and institutions.
International students in Norway have each emphasized the high level of education and the variety of classes. They have also noted the helpful, open, and knowledgeable lecturers, along with the great student community and beautiful nature that make the experience even more pleasant.
"We are very satisfied with the fact that international students acknowledge the quality of Norwegian education also in this connection. We do know that higher education institutions in Norway are working hard to attract and cater for international students", says Kristin Solheim, Communications Director at SIU.
Overall, international students are reporting increased satisfaction with their study abroad experience. Ireland is number two in the Student satisfactory Award, while Poland is number three.
