Scholarships for degree students

The Norwegian government offers no individual scholarships to degree students. There are, however, a few other schemes that offer scholarships for degree students.

Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters scholarships  

Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters are delivered by multiple higher education institutions and run across at least three different countries. Norwegian institutions currently take part in 16 Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters programmes. 

Students at master’s level from all over the world can apply through the Erasmus Mundus Catalogue (external link).  

Erasmus+ Master Degree Loans 

Erasmus+ master’s degree loans are EU-guaranteed loans with favourable pay-back terms. Only students at master’s level from Spain, Italy (Emilia Romagna region), Croatia or Romania can apply.
