Applied Computer and Information Technology (MSc)
The Master’s degree programme in Applied Computer and Information Technology (ACIT) offers an expert-level education in the design, development, use and maintenance of computer technology, electronics and software in areas of great importance for modern societies.
This programme offers specializations stemming from the overlap of three fields of research: Computer Science, Electrical Engineering and Mathematical Modelling.
Each field represents an area where the application of software, data, computers and electronics has become necessary for the modern society, yet challenging to do in practice. These areas are wide enough to allow for life-long careers as technology progresses.
When you apply, you choose one of thesespecialisations:
Applied Artificial Intelligence, Biomedical Engineering, Cloud-based Services and Operations, Data Science, Mathematical Modelling and Scientific Computing, Robotics and Control, Universal Design of ICT.
When you apply for this degree, you choose one specialisation. The specialisations have different requirements. You will find detailed information about the formal prerequisites on the programme website.
