Computer systems are part of all parts of society, and it is important that someone develops and maintains them, understands them and ensures that they are designed to maximize their benefit and that they are not abused.

The master's programme Informatics: Programming and Systems Architecture includes system development, programming, data communication, distributed systems and information security. With a master's degree in Informatics: Programming and Systems Architecture, you understand the whole of such systems and the theories they are based on.

You can help develop and maintain such systems and you have profound knowledge within one of the sub-areas of the program.

You can choose between two specializations:

  • Software

Regardless of which specialization you choose, you will be able to put together a theoretical syllabus and choose the topic of your master's thesis based on your own professional interests.
