Master's Programme in Physical and Environmental Geography
Climate change and natural hazards are important issues that society must deal with. In Physical and Environmental Geography, we study these and other processes that have shaped the landscape around us. As a Master’s student in Physical and Environmental Geography, you can contribute to a better understanding of the interplay between nature and society.
We offer a wide range of Master’s projects related to topics such as:
- Glaciers
- Natural hazards (floods, storminess, avalanches, etc.)
- Sea-level changes
- Hydrology and groundwater
- Periglacial processes and features
- Caves and landscape development
You will acquire relevant skills for your Master’s project through field, laboratory and theoretical courses in an inclusive and informal social environment at the Department of Geography.
