Climate change and natural hazards are important issues that society must deal with. In Physical Geography, we study these and other processes that have shaped the landscape around us. As a Master’s student in Physical Geography, you can contribute to a better understanding of the interplay between nature and society.  We offer a wide range of Master’s projects related to topics such as:  

  • Glaciers 
  • Natural hazards (floods, storminess, avalanches, etc.) 
  • Sea-level changes 
  • Hydrology and groundwater 
  • Periglacial processes and features 
  • Caves and landscape development
