The master’s Programme in System Dynamics at the University of Bergen, teaches you how and why things change over time, and how to design better solutions for today’s complex challenges. Through a unique blend of science, modelling, and policy analysis, you’ll learn to see how systems work, why problems persist, and how smart strategies can create lasting improvement.

Over two years (120 ECTS), you’ll develop practical skills in simulation modelling, systems thinking, and policy design, applying them to real issues like climate change, healthcare, energy policy, or economic resilience. Taught entirely in English, the program welcomes students from all disciplines who are eager to think critically and creatively.
